We will also use this front page to list late breaking news, events, and deadlines. The California Workforce Investment Board and other agencies developed the Business Services Resource Catalog, Issue 2.  This catalog can assist our state level partners, and our local partners in providing these valuable resources for California's businesses. 

The Green Economy survey was completed in January 2010. It surveyed businesses across the California economy; all industries, all sizes, all areas. The survey creates a baseline measure workers, services, businesses, and emerging occupations.

In January 2010, the CWIB contracted with researchers at California State University, Northridge to evaluate the Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) initiative. This initiative was designed to integrate the work of local Workforce Investment Act Programs with Wagner-Peyser programs inside California OneStops.  This Phase 1 report provides the results of the formative evaluation which consisted of in-depth case studies of four ISD sites or Learning Labs.

The Labor Market Information Division annually produces Planning Information Packets as an aid for planning and delivering services under the Workforce Investment Act. The packets contain relevant social-economic data, including data relating to public assistance, poverty guidelines, and demographic profiles.
